That is exactly why we created the Winter 28 Day Fitness Challenge.
Over 28 days, you will follow a structured, coach-led program designed to help you improve fitness, build consistency and feel stronger heading into spring.
Past participants have achieved an average 8–12% increase in fitness.
Whether your goal is fitness, weight loss, event preparation or simply feeling better, this challenge gives you the structure, accountability and support to stay on track.

✓15 rides over 28 days – choose from the weekly schedule
✓ Performance based, non impact training suitable for all fitness levels
✓ Personalised training zones based on your fitness level
✓ Expert coaching and a motivating community
✓ Ride stats and progress tracking (sync to your smart device and strava)
Suitable for all fitness levels, with every session guided by personalised training zones based on your current ability, helping you train smarter and see measurable progress over 28 days.

*Alternative assessment times can be made by appointment.
COST: $199
(approx $13 per session)
“Great studio with fantastic and knowledgeable instructors. I really enjoyed the classes and riding to individual zones rather than perceived effort. I thought the leaderboard would be daunting but was exactly the opposite as it helped to keep me motivated and I could see my fitness improvements in real time. I started with the All levels Fitness Challenge and it was a great way to get me back on the bike.
The fitness assessments at the start and the finish was able to show me exactly how I had improved with no guess work. The team supported me through the program and I enjoyed it so much I’ve kept myself pedaling.”

“Great studio plus strong support from the Cycle Collective team. I joined to completed the 4 week program and noticed significant improvements in my strength.
The different styles of classes (all run by passionate cyclists) means there was something for everyone. Using the zone cards means whatever your ability, you can get targeted training ( without feeling you are getting let behind the group!) The studio has 2 types of bikes, to suit both less and more experienced riders)
The space looks really looks cool with view over the city is awesome and inspiring.
A “very real and friendly” community of other riders to chat with a post ride session in the downstairs cafe”
